Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working towards expanding our shipping destinations.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of ₹99 for all orders within India. Free shipping is available for orders above ₹1000.
  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout and will be added to the total order amount.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities and Remote Areas: 6-8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays from our shipping partners. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Order Processing

After your order is placed, it will take 2-4 business days to process and dispatch. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

5. Tracking Your Order

There is no provision to track your order. We are work in progress for the same. We will notify you via email once the order is shipped.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is unclaimed, we will contact you to confirm your address details. Reshipping fees will apply.

Refund Policy

At Vacchi.co.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Items on sale or customized orders (such as personalized T-shirts) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at clothing@vacchi.co.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting images if necessary (for damaged items).
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item to us.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds will only be given for the item cost; shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return is rejected, we will notify you with the reason, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@vacchi.co.in with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be processed for shipment.
